You have to use impregnated (prepreg) with a resin Kevlar material NOT Semi-finished product Kevlar cloth.

I advice you directly buy impregnated (prepreg) with a resin Kevlar material ,otherwise ,if you buy Semi-finished product Kevlar cloth,then make prepreg by yourself ,it will very trouble for you.

C.Continue to put new materials to press the next shot

NOTE:

Put the material into the mold to press about 2 minutes,you have to make first time exhaust operation;

Press about 4 minutes, then make second exhaust operation;

Press 6 minutes,then make third exhaust operation;

then press for 20-25 minutes can be take out helmet product.
