4. Ejector device

It mainly plays the role of ejecting the parts from the mold, and is composed of ejector rods or ejector tubes or push plates, ejector plates, ejector rod fixing plates, reset rods and pull rods.

5. Lateral parting and core pulling mechanism

6. Cooling and heating system

For example, the length of the mold cavity must be longer than the length of the product. Only after shrinking can it be the same as the actual product size.

5. Injection molding time, temperature, speed, fluidity, and pressure will affect the size of the product more or less.

6. The so-called injection parameters also affect the size. In this case, it is not impossible for us to confirm which injection molded parts are of high quality and which are of low quality?

7. Method: The injection molding master must adjust the machine according to the product size. That is to say, the length should be remembered. At this time, the injection molded parts must be measured. The standard is based on the size.
